The taxonomies were tested on users with Treejack and OptimalSort - two resources provided by Optimal Resource Software

04 Analysing & Re-testing

  • The results were inconclusive as no one route was clearly the most successful

  • A hybrid navigation was created from the most successful paths of all 3 tests

  • The hybrid navigation was tested on Treejack and emerged the clear winner

A sitemap was created from the verified hybrid structure

06 Design

​The questions asked during testing proved so popular with stakeholders, they became the basis of the homepage structure.

The site won the Digital Impact Award.
